Step 1: locate the "Forgot password?" option at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: put the "Account Name", this could be a company or a site name. Also, in the "Username" field, put the email address you use for ZaiNar ZPS. This step will send you a temporary code that you can use to reset your password.
Step 3: enter the temporary code that was sent to your email address and create a new Password.
Step 4: Press "Change password" to finalize the password creation.
The password will be updated and you will be taken back to the Login screen.
