Step 1: Enter the Account ID, which will be provided during the onboarding process via email from ZaiNar. This could be a company or a site name.
Step 2: enter the Login information, which is the email address you used for ZPS. If you don’t remember which email address you used for your account, please contact ZaiNar customer support at [email protected].
Step 3: enter your password.
If you don’t remember your password, you can go to the ZPS platform and request a password reset. For more information on reseting your password, please click the "How to reset a forgotten password" button below. It will take you to the article with step-by-step instructions.
Step 4: choose the language you want to use for ZPS Mobile.
Step 5: the security verification step will ask you to verify your login by using an authenticator application. Any generic application, such as Duo Mobile, will work.
Enter the code from your application and then press "Login".
Step 6: select a site you want to see alerts for. This can be changed later in the "Settings".
