Step 1: Login
Account Name: this will be provided during the onboarding process via email from ZaiNar. If you didn't get the email, please contact ZaiNar customer support at [email protected].
Username: this will be provided during the onboarding process via email from ZaiNar. If you didn't get the email, please contact ZaiNar customer support at [email protected].
Password: the initial password will be provided during the onboarding process via email from ZaiNar. The user will be asked to change their password upon their first login.
Language: the language for using the ZPS platform, for example, Japanese.
Check the ‘Remember me’ box in order to save the Account name and Username for easier login next time.
Click the large blue ‘Log in’ button to sign in.
Step 2: Security Verification
The security verification step will require you download any generic authenticator app, such as Duo Mobile. Please enter the code and press "Continue".
Step 3: Terms of Use
Your first time logging in will trigger our Terms of Use pop up. Click ‘Accept’ to continue.
You can access Terms of Use in the future by clicking the button in the bottom right of the login screen.
Step 4: Select a site.
Select a construction site. If there are multiple construction sites associated with your Account Name, please select the construction site you want to view. You can change this later in Settings.
